Atlas Project Services specialises in guiding clients from the initial concept through to the operational start of their property development. We manage complex coordination among stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure all phases proceed without missteps.

The development process begins with a thorough understanding of the client’s objectives, exploring questions about the purpose, type, and location of the build. This foundational strategy informs everything from site selection to regulatory compliance and market positioning.

As the project moves from planning to execution, Atlas takes a hands-on approach, overseeing design, procurement, and construction, ensuring the project meets its timeline, budget, and quality standards. This comprehensive management guarantees a seamless transition from concept to completion.

Founder & Director

Before establishing Atlas Project Services, Stuart Fyvie was a Project Management Partner at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, a renowned global construction and property consultancy. Bringing over 25 years of experience, Stuart has overseen a wide range of projects including office developments, industrial sites, residential projects, and town center regenerations across the UK.

Starting his career as a construction site engineer, Stuart holds a BSc in Construction Management and an MSc in Building Services Engineering Management, equipping him with deep expertise across the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to operational start.
